Evaluation of the Undergraduate Nursing Curriculum by Using Context, Input, Process, and Product (CIPP) Model

The aim of this study is to evaluate the undergraduate curriculum a nursing program in accordance with students' and instructors' opinions by using Context, Input, Process, Product (CIPP) model. This descriptive which was conducted between September 2017 July 2018 448 students 82 instructors faculty nursing. Student Instructor Information Form Nursing Undergraduate Curriculum Evaluation (NUCEF) were used order collect data. NUCEF consists 50 items under four sub-dimensions called Process Product. obtained data analyzed SPSS 20.0 program. frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation tests analysis. level satisfaction found be 4.47±2.09 for 6.80±1.89 instructors. 42% stated that they thought outcomes not achieved, 42.7% partially achieved. When distribution responses examined; mean item score 2.27±1.15 3.83±1.06, 2.08±1.06 4.06±.72. Considering all NUCEF, think adequate, adequate. To conclude, it recommended current reviewed regulated, continuous systematic evaluation improvement studies carried out, education increased.
